Misguiding and Harrassment

I have a snactioned loan of Rs. 30 lacs and LICHFL is not releasing the next due installment saying that they need some additional paperwork. Nobody takes calls thre and they have been harassing me since last 20 days. The agent Mr. Riyaz also misbehaves on telephone calls.
