I am deepak srivastava IFS (FOREST) officer currently posted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. I have applied for housing loan of Rs 25.00Lakh from LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED, NOIDA on 3 Jan. My earlier loan of Rs19.00Lakh in file no-609747 got cancelled without any written notice. My builder (SRS REAL ESTATE PVT LTD, FARIDABAD) is regurarly asking me the payment with penal interest. I am desperately trying to contact AREA MANAGER, NOIDA (Ms Laksmi) over her mobile no-09811019900 but constantly no response. I am really feeling great disapointment and developed a strong feeling that getting housing loan sanctioned is a most difficult thing.
