sanction dt . 20/5/09 and ch dt on 10/7/09
interest rate 8.75% floting
Within 2 months, dt 23/10 interest rate change changed to 10%
No responce from Kolkata Branch manager Mr. Biswajit Das
& Complain cell: [email protected] against my mail to update why this sudden change at the time they are offering 8.75% to existing customers.
