Interest on Housing Loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

This said company has charged at a higher interest rate. My loan is a floating one and whatever current market rate it should be applicable to me also. But when I enquired the reason for higher charge I was told borrowing rate has been increased. If this rate is increased it shuold be applicable to all. However they are showing ad in tv with lower int rate. When inquired they are telling that is for new customers. Sir I have taken the loan just 5 months ago. They are playing with our life and simply expoliting us. They do not have fear of God.

Please take some necessary acttion to save the public.
