Dear Sir,
I’ve given my file for home loan (In month of July 09) to LIC Housing finanace agent Sanjay Jain (Mob- 09828024018) (File no- 120026) with the cheque of -. File was deposited at your office by the said agent on 18/8.Mine was Bank transfer case.
It was being told by the agent to me that if loan will not get sanctioned the whole amount of - will be given back to me.
Now I’ve few questions / Complains:-
1. Why LIC Housing finance work thru such irresponsible agents those who took file in July from customer and deposit them in their office in Oct and give no information to the customer although cheque was placed well in time (In Aug 09).
2.When my cheque has been taken by your office and placed in bank than why no communication has been given to me regarding status of my loan application by LIC Housing as a company whereas all banks does this.
3. If the - was charged for conducting legal and technical survey than why don’t you give me the original copy of reports as I’ve paid for it or please arrange refund me -.
4.Please tell me what action your office is going to take on such irresponsible agents.
I hope my was will be acted upon responsibly as such cases not only affects organizations image but also it effects business too. We were three people and all three of us has given business of 32 Lakhs of BT to HDFC Bank. Waiting for your response.
