Home loan of 16.4 lacs sanctioned on 24.02. in down payment plan but disbursement but done till date. Loan amount requested to disburse was 14.95 lacs (approx) but refused to disburse & ready to disburse only 5.5 lacs as per tel communication.
It will result a loss of about 6 lacs as discounts given by Ms. Raheja Builder to me on down payment plan. I have already invested Rs. 38 lacs into the same project.
Time is very short as due date to pay is 31.03.2011. Refused on last moment.
Please arrange to disburse 14.95 lacs before 31.03.2011.
