LIC has been harassing me since a very long time now. I had initiated a home loan transfer from HDFC bank to LIC during Mar- April. A lot of time was wasted in processing my request. Finally when the request is processed LIC is yet to pay out the complete loan amount. I have already paid my complete loan EMI for the past few months (5 months) without receiving the entire sanctioned loan amount. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails without proper response. Please help.
