My name is Ganesh Giri and policy number is -464811512

I did online payment through licindia.com on date 27/09 of amount 1408.00Rs than next month the same amount deduct my axis bank account 27/10 of amount 1408.Rs

The same amount is debited from my axis account (durgapur Branch) where it is not credited into my policy account

Will my amount be credited into axisbank account? Please help me
