IT IS VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT IF SUCH A BIG ORGANISATION IS MAKING DELAY MORE THAN 1 YEAR TO SEND COSUMERS BENIFIT THEN HOW WE WILL BELIVE INSURANCE COMPANIES.

TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY.THEN WHAT WILL BE MY NEXT STEP PLEASE INFORME ME.
