Complaint of interest charges and ECS not been run after April

Dear Sirs,

I have complaint to you about my policy mentioned above :-

1. Even though the payment was through ECS for Rs.2552=00 monthly, except April the ECS did not reach bank. Due to this LIC have charged me interest of Rs.102.30 for delay for no fault of mine.

2. When ECS was debited to me on 28th April for Rs.2552=00 what happened to other months. I came to understand from my LIC agent that due to insufficiency of funds the ECS has bounced. I TOTALLY DISAGREE AS ANY POINT OF TIME MINIMUM OF RS.4, 434.61 AND MAXIMUM OF RS.2, 61, 822.19 WAS THERE IN MY ACCOUNT. BANK STATEMENT ATTACHED.

3. For the mistake of LIC system, why as a customer I should be penalized for interest and take the blame for insufficiency of funds.

4. A refund of Rs.2552=00 was made to me in June for excess funds paid as I paid net transfer initially for two months when ECS was not activiated.

I need following things to be restored.

• Refund of interest of Rs.102.30.(Receipt enclosed)

• Explanation why did ECS not strike the bank from May onwards?

• ECS is given for the mental peace. Why this abnormality?
