New registration for online payment

Sir, I am Neeraj Soni and my Policy No. is 114976234 DOC: 26/03. I had registered on lic website for online payment. However, due to forgetting the login/ID & Password, I am not able to

connect through website. Kindly reset my registration or else, suggest the measure so that I may

be able to log on on lic website please.
