I the M.R.Aniruddha Avadhani s/o M.N.Ravi Avadhani resing in Varanasi U.P.B 3/152 Shivala applied for LIC life Insurence and the receipt no.0845803 dated on 28-10 at Kamachcha Branch Varanasi. But till this day I did not receive any Bond from the LIC.I request yor kindself to provide me my LIC Bond as earliest possible.
