Not able to register online

Hi,

I took a policy for my daughter. I am trying to register to there website so that I can pay the premium.

I am not able to register her. When I am calling there customer service, they are disconnecting saying the executives are busy. Is this the way the biggest insurance company operates?

Why should I submit the cheques everytime when I have online facility.
