Empowred invoice not recived the any lic office

I am working in lic c m club & m d r t empowred agent in mangalagiri.my invoice printed in 27th may 2:56 pm.invoice id is 05292927.invoice are not recived 27th, 28th, 30th, 31st may also not reciving.my division s d m & m m also mail to my sattilite bm .my invoice coutinue try for everyday in branch

working hours.please rectify my problam as early as possible.
