Maturity claim not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself, Mahesh Patel, had purchsed LIC policy no. 920025510 on 21/04/1987 which is matured on 21/04.

Accordingly, I had submitted all the original Policy documents through Registerd post on 04/04 to LIC of India, Boisar Branch (Branch Code: 92J) on following address :

The Sr. Branch Manager

LIC of India

Boisar West for Office, Sweet Dream Apartment,

Above Modi Footwear Near Station, Boisar (W) Thane.

Through Mr. Sachin C. Deshmukh, Member chairman's club for agents, Chief life Advisor, Agent Code : 13763957 from Shirur.

Till date I didn't got any receipt or information about my maturity claim payment credit in the given account from LIC. Even I tried several times to followup on the no. 02525-270708, but still didn't got any response from there and nobody is giving proper answers regarding that. After some time, they use to keep phone on hold and then no answer from the other side. No body is ready to talk and failed to get proper assistance and response to resolve the issue.

Please advise me on the same.
