Maturity Payment

Mr Hira Lal, my husband an employee of RBI, Patna having Policy No-030365342 under Salary Saving Scheme claimed for full and final payment of the said policy on 19.02.2009 with proper discharge voucher alonghwith original bond and other papers. But no intiatioan have been taken from concern official. Waiting fter three month, request letter was send on 29.05.2009 to the Branch Manger, LICI, Branch-I, Jeewandeep Building, Exihbition Road, Patna and copy to the Divisional Manager/Zonal Manager, patna for early payment. Result of this, an assuarence letter was received by my husband through the Regioanl Manager (CRM) vide their letter no-ECZO/CRM/COMP/ dated 05.06.2009 that they have taken up the matter for immediate disposal with the Sr. Divisional Manageer, Patna Division.and Mr. C N Mitra, Manager (CRM) was refered as contact official for further correspondences with his telephone no-0612-2204067. But thousands of personal contacts were not able to knock the cruel hearts of the Cruel officials of LIC Department to make payment till the death of my husband on 07.08.2011.And he have not get his own survivl benefits in his life. Now, the hungry soul of my husband crying hungerfully for the payment alongwith compensesation.
