Double transfer of payment through ECS

I had taken a policy under Jiwan Saral scheme vide policy no 116115923 on dated 28/10 through agent code no 93418124, DO.CD.120511, branch code no.124, & payment Rs.1021/-permonth through ECS from my Canara Bank Shastri Nagar branch saving account no 2419101006733 on 28th of every month. I am surprised to see my bank statement the amount transfer from my account Rs 1021/-twice per month.ie Rs 1021 1021 in the month of Novemer as well as in the month of December also without any information. On contract to my bank I am informed by my Bank they transfer the amount as per instruction recieved from LIC.The matter informed to agent regularly but not any positive respose recieved.

Hence I would request to your goodselves kindly look in the matter & arrange reembrusse the Excess deducted amountRs.2042/-with intrest without further delay.
