Non receipt of money back cheque

I have a LIC policy for which I had to receive a cheque for Rs.15300.00 against money back amount for my policy no.-S0183279711 in Dec. but still I've not received the same. When I approached the LIC branch at Katni, they gave me the cheque no.-507277 issued in Dec.2011 for the same, but when asked about the mode of delivery, they could not answer satisfatorily. I also talked twice to Mr. K.P.Jogi on his mob.no.-09425805440, but he was also not taking interest and unable to track my cheque. As I have now changed my residence, so please persue the matter and inform me either on my mobile/email id or my current location. My current location is as follows:
