Not cool off my policies and misbhevio

with due respect, my name is ranjot singh virk,

i have take two policies from LIC . but due to some circumstances, my mind is changed, i want to COOL OFF the policies with in 15 DAYS, so when i went to lic office, no employee of the office talked with proper way, and when i again asked about this then they asked me to go to BRANCH MANAGER, (ROHIT SHARAN) when i went to branch manager office and gave a application regarding cool off then after reading application, he threw away my application and behaved very roughly.

even in my policies, it is clearly stated if you are not satisfied then you can return the policie in 15 days after you receive the policies

i have received my policies on 5 nov

i went lic office in 17 nov
