Lost of Money due to company Trading software erro

Dear SIr,

I like to introduce my self that my self is Nimish Davda i have account with 4xp and done lots of Trading, Problem i face and i lost more than 150000 USD due to 4xp software problem, which i prove to 4xp also.

Problem is that during the Trading what ever Trade we do that cant see in his Web Trader Platform and even if Any Take Profit Limit are clear but its show that Trade is still on & Our New Trade we cant see in Platform, i face this problem every time and i have same proof also.

Kindly Assit me how can i claim that money which i lot due to software Problem.
