Link intime (Coal India IPO)
Coal India Ipo money not refunded, nor did I get 5% discount offered to retail investors for shares allotted

I Applied for 200share of coal India IPO. I was allotted 100 share without 5% discount offered to retail investors. And I did not receive the refund for the remaining 100 shares till date. I tried to call link intime so many times, wrote mails even with NSE's IPo grievance mail id (posted n nse site) but no one seemed to be bothered.

I guess all the people should file complain with police against Link intime. But I wonder why NSE people are also not doing anything about it.
