I am kviplava reddy, i am a coustmer in citi finance since 4-5 years going for top-up very year.

has i hav gon for top-up this month, the staff is forcing to take insurance.

i dont no why they r doing like this, CF is not giving salary for them, is it is a finance corporation

r insurance corporation.

they r telling that with out insurance, we cannot give loan, it is a bad relation to coustmer,

pls take action and reverse my insurane money.branch is dilsukh nagar, hyd.
