FDR No. 98/010139 dated 4/3/1999 of Rs.23461 and 0697202, 435/2 dated 4/3/1998 of Rs.29326.
Both the FDRs were in d name of Chalati Debi, nominee Prem Chand Agarwal
Till now no action has been taken for repayment after reapeted reminders, no response of the letters and notices by the company or its chairman/MD.
So a strict action should be taken against the said company for the payment as per d disission by the honourable court
