NATURE OF COMPLAINT : --Non receipt of Fixed deposit maturity amount.
PARTICULARS OF COMPLAINT :
I kindly inform you sir that I have been invested Rs. 12, 000 in your company from 31-03-1997 to 28-02-1998 in each of the Money Recurer A/c nos 315, 316, 317, 318, 319 & 320.
We had deposited the above amount in Lloyds Finance Ltd. and at the time of Maturity we were told that due to problem with the Company, the Company Law Board will decide the norms for repayment.
We were give schedule of repayments on the 19th of April 1999, 1st January and 24th March but unfortunately non of them were abided.
I request you to please send my amount immediately with the intrest till date.
All the aforesaid original certificates have been sent to Lloyds Finance Ltd., Ahmedabad for which I hold the acknowledgement.
Inspite of various reminders the company has failed to repay us. The payment has been made to the company from my hard money and they have not repaid us, as per the schedule given in Company law The Board's order Dt.19.04.1999.I request you kindly pursue the matter with M/s Lloyds Finance Ltd.and kindly take necessary action against them for payment of my aforesaid hard money.
An early action in the matter is highly requested.
