Non Receipt of FD payment on Maturity

Hi,

This is with reference to the FDs purchased for Lloyd's Finance on 14/01/1998 which matured on 16/01/1999 of Rs 10000. Deposit Recepit No: 0198000762. I am yet to receive the payment on maturity and inspite several followups have still have got it.
