Non receipt of PF money

Sir,

I worked with Shrachi Infrastructre Finance Ltd formally Merged & known as Magma Shrachi Finance Ltd as a "Accountant" in between 17/12 to 28/08.

I had resigned 28 Auguest 2007 and want to submited my PF withdrawal form-19 & form-10C to PF office

But till date my PF money is not getting me. There is no proper co-operation or resoponse from PF office Kolkata & My Head Office. As they assure me that they will make it & forwarded to PF office

No one Reply on Email & also Offices / pf employee are not available on Phone (033-22801244)

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
