A document was sent was by ICICI bank on 28-9.Today is 1-10.On calling to Sigma courior office given by bank, no one is answering properly. There is no officer to attend. Their person MS.Netra is rude and says yours is not the only document to be deliverd.

The document is from Juhu branch to Juhu address.

We find it to be most inefficient service.
