Pls beware of this company Mantraym Capital Services & Mundra Associates... CEO Mr Rajiv Verma & Mr Shiv Singh... from Lucknow... this companies are fraud... They give loans but actually they dont provide loan to customers they just charge 7700 & 8500 resp as processing chqs from the customer on pre sanction letter then promptly send us the sanction letter and loan agreement once signed they wait for 5-10 days later tell us to submit 1% english mortagage charges... later know stays your loan has been rejected for some nonsense reason... But this company is not register with RBI... for pre sanction they take 3 days time but they do not have any authority to check CIBIL as they dont have any CIBIL rites as they are not registered with RBI... The account of HDFC is also a properitory ship account... If you wan pls check both the sites are very much identical... How much money this company is make just imagine if in a day they are releasing 10 approval n in a month 300 approval that means: Rs 23 lakhs per month approx...
