Demat a/c holding sold withoutknowledge/permission

Dear sir,

I am having demat a/c with marfatia stock broking pvt.ltd, jetalpur road, vadodara. My demat a/c no-12044400 00151319.I hold 165 share of sbi in this a/c.this is dorment a/c in which from beginning

I have not done any security transaction though it is demat/trade a/c. During july-10 end, I saw

trading transaction on 16/07/10 and 23/07/10 which is not done by me. Immidiatly, I informed to the broker about the wrong entry done in my a/c and requested to verify by letter and email. But no action was taken

and they continue transaction in my a/c. Thereafter, they sold my 60 SBI share without my knowledge/permission. I requested to credit share, but till today broker have not taken any care. I request you to look in tothe matter and may be justified at the earliest.
