This is to regard to the fraud and cheating by company to me &-quot;AshokBhai HarikrishanDas Soni" which they named as "AshokBhai HarishBhai Soni" Address: 45, Pavansut Society, Jivaraj Park, Ahmedabad.
Account no: PFS acccount no 294942.
It started when the company agent named" Suresh Nagora" who is not more then aged 22 came to our home and talked about the loan.
I took loan of amount Rs. 18344/- and I was given check of worth Rs. 16384 approx. They told about Rs .1000/- membership fees.
He told us that there will be just 20 INSTALLMENTS of Rs. 977 to pay and in paper he has written 30 installments.By mistake I signed the agreement in trust on him but Shockley when I again read that agreement on the day 10th april and marked the mistake done by me that it was 30 installments, I was very pained.
I directly went to their office and asked for the clarification but I was given rough answer that the loan is as per company rule and installments cant be changed and catch the person who informed you wrong. When I went to Suresh Nagora who was the agent came to my home. He is totally changed and told us that the clarification given by him on Loan installments was 30 installments only.
Now If I continue this loan then on Rs. 16384/- i have to pay Rs. 29310/- . On monthly basis they have taken interest of around 3.2% and on yearly basis they have taken interest of around 40.8%. That is very big interest and I was not clarified on the time when loan was taken.
When I went there for the payment of rest of the loan he told me to pay Rs. 17045/- including PREPAYMENT FEES OF Rs. 500/-.
DATE LOAN TAKEN: OCTOBER
So from all over sides I am cheated and feeling frustrated and having mental pressure. Now Its up to you to take action or let customers be cheated by this way.
