Max New york life insurance Agent Mr. Kamal Khatri agent code 167072, took Rs.12000 cash from me against premium due on my policy no.433878535, but didnt deposit the amount in my account which i came to know after six months, when I asked him about the money he started giving emotional excuses that his mother was serious and admitted to hospital for which he needed the money. but now that i came to know that he has done several frauds along with some more company officials, who are on top positons in the company. I have tried all my efforts but as a lay man i couldnt find any help. I made a complaint at the head office they said they cant help me as it is not a companys responsibility, now that i have decided to surrender the policy, but i have to suffer a loss of Rs.22000.
Is there any way by which I can get these fraudulant officers punished.
please help me if you can.
