I requested to customer cell - 1800 200 5577 (M/s Max New York Insurance Co. Ltd.) on 20th Jan'2010 regarding Pick up of Premium Cheque from my home. on same day they commited to me that it will done within 7 working days but unfortunately not done by company. On or after 29th Jan' i am doing continue follow-up with Customer Cell of Company and every time they are making statement that it will done by next day but which next day (no one can give this answer), only i am stupid who is waiting of them. i called them around 9 times also visted their Udyog Vihar Office (Gurgaon) but no solution till date.
I think company is not customer supportive thts why they are not reacting and they will act on this after my policy would laps in case of non-receipt of payment.
