His is my complaint against Mediassist (TPA) who has failed to process my Medi claim inspite of 10 months of follow up.

Last week I was being told that the cheque would be issued by Saturday (i.e 1st May) whereas today Mr Dhananjay calls me and tells me he would 2 more weeks time to get the cheque processed as they have to exchange some clarifications with RBI cell..

*Have also followed up with the reliance Team and they say that the claim is pending with the TPA. Fail to udnerstadn that who actually is responsible to expedite our case and help us to get quick refund of the claim. Have given feedbacks also on your Feedback link but no one has attended my case till now (Feels that they do not care for your customers at all. Their Mission Statement, Their Vision statement is just a formality to attract business at the cost of policy holders)
Would request SOME help to get into the details of the matter and help me get my money at earliest as I am in urgent need of the same.
