Non receipt of claim amount

I had lodge claim in Oct with Raksha TPA New india assurance co ltd and they had alloted claim no 90291090142. from Mid December I am hearing that claim was clear for Rs.28000/- but till today cheque is not received from them

I request you to please look in to it
