i am sanjay kumar took a policy from metlife company in feb
in which company employeee made froud with me. many times i asked about policy document but he was making a lie for the same in the month of november i personally contact in branch. and officers said that if you want policy document, you nwill have to submit new application then i did the same and submited respective documents.
on 08 jan i got policy document for the same. when i read about my policy detail i found that all the benefits explained by mr. arjun (company salesperson) were not same then i contact to branch again and do a lot of formalities for the cancilatuion of my policy whose details are atteched to it on 19th march company send a Revert-00798388.pdf. and denying the request of cancilation of policy
please take needful action to protect the rights of consumer
