I Purchased this policyon 31st March Met Suvidha
Participating, Policey no.20553965 from Mr Mahender Agent In
Metlife Insurance co., He told me that u have to pay Rs. 14200/-
every year for 5 years only and u get a sum assured Rs, 3, 25, 000/-
after 17 years. I asked him that my money should not be directly
invested in share mkt. he said no its not so. after 15 0r 17 days
i got a call from the insurance company feed back. I asked the
caller about sum assured, He said its Rs. 100000/- only I told him
quit same time to cancel the policy He said that "I am taking your
request to cancel the police and the concern person will call me.
But I got no phone call from any body till 15 days. Then i call Mr
Mahender (mob.9873246135) to canel the policy. He use to say i will come tomarrow
or day after tomarrow. It happend so many time no answer he
ignored me and was not picking my phone then on 17th may I
did mail to Mr N Subbaramu
Customer Service, Metlife insurance and mailing him till today so
many time He said we cannot canel the policy after 15days of
issue of policy while I Got the call after 17 day, and got the
paper at my parents house in yusuf sarai while i live in Munirka.
