Poor and Fraud service by SBICAPSEC

I want to close my SBICAPSEC demat due to below reasons.

A) SBICAPSEC we site is very difficult to handel to learn the site needs more than 15 days also the persons who is opening the account they dont know anything about their web site and customers not getting any training.

B) lots of time the sites is down in trading hours . if we call they are telling their is a technical problem . if they are not maintaining their site for 6 Hrs during trading hours what is use to go with them as googel-yahoo and lots of small firms sites are working for years without any downtime.

C) SBICAPSEC call centre dont know the real time process and value of customers money . we needs to wait more than 5 minutes to contact customers support rep. also to put a Trade in 5 min. their is lot of veriation in trade price.

D) for intraday trading they are charging more brokarage compair to others . never trade intraday with SBI.

E) They are charging lots of Hidden charges.

F) and lots of poor service issue.
