I have received a SMS on 26.12.2009on my mobile no 9732113288 informing me about the winning of Pounds 5, 00, 000. Then they send me a form asking my details with bank account no and submit to Dr. Collins Jones of Barclays Bank PLC. And i have to pay Rs. 23, 000 as reactivation fee and initial bank deposit (not specified) to them. I did not comply.
