Dear Sir,

This is regards with the courier that was misplaced due to which my company has incurred severe loss.

I had dispatched a courier to Bangalore on the 25th March through First Flight couriers, Airway bill no: B12163468. The courier contained Bills that to be cleared before the 31st March. The courier was expected to reach its destination within 48 hours but on 29th March, I got a call from our Bangalore party saying that they have not received the courier yet. Hence we started following up on the case with the your customer service. I and my colleague Mr. Vipul Kansara had a word with Mr. Tahit.and he told me that the courier has come back to the origin and has been delivered to the consignor (Our Company) on the very next day the courier we had dispatched i.e. 26th March at 2:30pm. When we questioned him as to how it is possible, he checked the status again and said that it has been wrongly updated on their system, then the call was handled by Ms. Rani. She said she will give a call back and keep us updated about the status.

But there was no revert and we had to call up to do the needful. Today, on the 30th March we have received the same courier back and we were told that the courier is sent back due to Party Shift. Our company has incurred severe loss due to the negligence of your courier services and the damage caused is irrepairable. We need an answer and a compensation for the damage caused by you.
