Payment of matured fixed deposit

My mother has kept FIXED DEPOSIT amounting to 90000rs in a co-operative society i.e Millat co-op. Credit Society Ltd, Belgaum, Karnataka, insite of the fact that the f.ds have been matured on 25/1, the co-op soicety is not paying the matured amount and intersest.
