I have account with sbi kurla west branch l.b.s.marg, several time i want to complaint about bank staff working system. They are not cooperative with customer always shouting and not solve the problems.everytimes i have suffer big problem because of sbi staff working system. for example i have deposited 4 local cheques of Mumbai dist.cent.co op bank kurla west branch on 11th jan
but till date there is no intimation or cheque clearance advice or credited in my account or debited from my account with m.d.c.co-op bank i am using internate banking facilities.staff is not properly anwering or not their behaviour with customer. manager is not on seat phone is always ringing but no one is lifting and answering the customer phone. there is no system at all. they are spoiling sbi name in country. i must say co-operative banks service is better than nationalise band like sbi.
if there is any urgent transfer that is sure there is problem in sbi kurla branch. i never want to go that branch and business with that bank but it is nearest bank to my house and i prefer to contact with sbi but staff working policy is very different and don't want see their face agains and again.
Always system is down, clearance always late, not lifting telephone, sbi kurla west bank is like "Macchi Market"
