Mini muthoot nidhi ltd
None payment of epf

I had worked in Mini Muthoot Nidhi Limited, Infantry Road, Bangalore wef.20.07.2005 to 28-03 and my PF was deducted Rs. 3487/- and my PF A/c No. is 41672/29. The relevent forms etc already submitted alongwith a bank cheque leaf etc three years back, but till date my PF final payment has not been made.
