Surrender of card

Respected sir/madam

i sachin choube dob 01 of Jun 1978, send a mail for re despatch of my sbi card. But till i dont have received any massage or call regarding that. I already said i am moving from this station on friday 17 of Jun. If it is possible please send my card within two days or cancalled my application and make surrender my card i will apply with another lots of bank card which have more faster and regular service than this. I am available with 09971606309 and my office address is Room No 274, Second floor, MP Dte, IHQ of Min of Def, South Block, New Delhi-110011.
