SBI Card Previllage program
Dear Sir / Madam,
SBI Card has introduced a new offer under SBI Card Privilege Circle Program.
Experts from SBI card make call to the card users and explain about the schemes. I also received a call, during phone the offer was looking good enough and thus I accepted. Under this offer they raise a bill Rs 6067/- from in SBI card account just only after acceptance on phone.
There was no written communication and when I received the offer by courier, I noticed it’s no use for me.
I made calls to the customer service number (011-45519999), but these people have not accepted by request for cancellation. They said we will check the talk recoding between me and Customer care person and then they will decide. While they were explain me, they said if u do not like the schemes you may cancel the offer, only u have pay the cancellation charge around Rs. 300/- to 400/-. But now they are saying that u cannot cancel the offer.
I am selected for an offer - 3 days & 2 nights stay for 4 persons in 48 destinations (12 are at abroad), get I will get a polo watch @ price Rs.5500.00, one way air fare. I have to pay only Rs. 6067.00. If I didn’t like the offer I can cancel it at any time.
I told them I want your list of destinations Ist then I can decide. But after taht they told me the procedure for enroll & confirmed me that after enrollment procedure will start & you will get all gift pack include all details & watch in 30 days.
When i followed the path as they told, my acct is debited by Rs.6067.00.
Please help me in cancellation of this offer, I will pay the cancellation charges.
