This is to bring into your kind notice that i ved prakash singla having a 200 shares of modi cement ltd which i purchased from mr. rajiv mohan garg and mr pardeep kumar das. i got that shares in 1994 .i am having the original shares certificate along with the shares fund transfer form dully singed by mr rajiv mohan garg and mr pardeep kumar das the now i want to transfer these shares but i am unable to do the same.
