The LIC housing loan provides poor after loan service.
There is no online access for our housig loan. We are kept in dart regarding the balance payment to be made, current interest rate, EMI statement, etc.
Even a small enterprises who are disbursing the housing loan are providing online access, whereas LIC housing is such a grown up company but having no online access facility & not much bothered about their customet after loan disbursement.
