This is to bring to your kind notice that as per meeting with Mr Sanket Shah on 20th January at Shivranjni branch regarding foreclosure of loan No:266475, Mr Sanket Shah commited the foreclosure amount of Rs:1, 46, 103.00only after deducting and waiving off extra charges and as per commitment the demand-draft of the said and commited amount was ready to be paid on 25th January but there is no response from the Bank or officials personaly as well as telephonic till date.
So I kindly inform you that if, On 1st Feb the E.C.S bounces and if any dispute is created, I am not at all liable for it as I am totally mentaly and physically tortured & disturbed by the collection agencies. Thus I am submiting one hard copy of the letter with the photo copies of proposed forclosure statement & demand draft in the Bank and other in 'Grahak Suraksha'.
