I was taken Housing Loan From Monyline on 18/04. of Rs. 774730-00

@ 14.50% and tenure 180 Months. my First Installment start on 01/07.

Now untill Today I Paid regular all My Installment.

My Comlaint as under:

1. I have to close my above loan A/c. and i give written application on 03/09.

2. There are Recepinst mrs. Chetali teken this application and told us to come after 7-8 days and collect your fourcloser letter.

3.We contact on 13-09 by taliphonic contact with mrs. Chetali, she was told us to still today not geting approval form head office. & and told us to contact after 15 day.

4. we asking to mrs. chetali for why you take tomuch time for approval above over fourcloser letter. than she was told us to this is company policy. and dont distrup me.

5. I have to request you to please contact to those peopel, and get details why thery are not interested to close my loan. And who paid interest after my applicaton date.
