Company demanding repair charges even during warranty period

Sir,

I bought a music player (model 510 i) on 03/10. It went faulty in December

2011.

I deposited the faulty set in Lucknow service centre at aliganj on 17/01 for

replacement/repair. Since then two and half months have passed and there is no

response from the service centre. The scanned copies of invoice and job sheet is

attached for ready reference. I request for your kind intervention for getting the

defective piece replaced at once as this is seriously affecting the reputation of

a

prestigious company like moserbaer. The jobsheet number is 12010565770006 dated

17/01. The invoice number is 13/6648 dated 03/10.

In anticipation of an early response

Your call centre informed that the product is out of warranty. But it was

purchased on 03/10 i.e. just 3 months back (before depositing in service

centre)
