To complaint Board on 23-06I had submitted two FDs on 20th Jan. for renewal at MG Road Branch of Canara Bank in the name of Mr Piyush and Purshottam and Purshottam & Manjula S Mundra, each for Rs. 29230/- . At the branch dealing official asked to come after 2 days. Since then we have been continuously following up but these FDs are not delivered till date, by holding at their end unauthorisedly.

I have written a letter to the branch on 6th March and subsequently to their customer graviences cell and customer service centre at Bhopal and Bangalore on 25th March. All the concerns were reminded on 1-04, 13-04 and 20-04. I have not recieved any comments/reply so far and I have been left with no alternate except seeking your help and support.

You are, therefore, requested to look in to the matter and get the issue resolved enabling me to get the amount of FDRs.

Please note that I had made a compliaint on 7th May, and again on 23rd June but the same is not visible on website, hence I have re-subbmitted for your immediate action.
